We walked into the room and there were roaches on the wall, went to check the rest of room and found some in bathroom, ac vents and under ac. We asked for a refund so we can stay somewhere else but all they wanted to do is offer us another room. After 30 minutes of going back of forth with property and hotels.com we gave in a took another room, we actually had no other choice since they wouldn't give a refund. Manager told me to come talk to them in the morning, I went down and was told manager nor owner shows up on weekends. We did get to inspect new room before we stayed. Front desk workers were nice. Only compensation was to get app and they would give me 1000 points since we book via third party. Pool was green, so kids weren't able to swim, whole reason we booked there in the first place.
