Great 2-2 with backyard and fire pit. Stunning place. Close to Mueller Park and Hanks! Google Fiber! 51st and Berkman close by and we offer a yard service. All bills paid. 30 day minimum. We may consider a dog but must be approved before booking. There is an additional charge. No parties. New beds and furniture. There is a rental next door and the laundry is shared with them. Most people who rent are in high tech or film - nursing. Opened to all. No smoking. Great neighborhood. New driveway.
