Beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Home 5 minutes from Down Town Austin.

  • This is my personal three story 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home that I occasionally rent out when I am out of town. It is a 15-20 minute walk to ACL located 3 minutes from MOPAC and 5 minutes from down town near the Barton Creek Mall. It sits at the top of a hill in a very nice neighborhood. This house has the ultimate Man Cave game room/home theatre with pool table, pinball, video games, and wet bar. Private deck off the master bedroom and huge first floor deck with fire pit.
