Location: \- Located in University Hills area of Austin. \- 4.5 miles from UT. \- 13 mins drive from the Domain. \- 13 mins drive from the airport. The apartment: \- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full side pull out sofa bed. \- 2x full bathroom. \- Fully equipped kitchen. \- Self flexible check-in. \- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. \- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. \- This apartment is on the third floor. Stairs are required \- There is a small gym in the building. Parking: \- Parking is available for two cars only. \- You have to provide your Vehicle information. \- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed. Pets: \- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. fifth animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pool: \- The pool is open from April until early November. \- The pool opening days are subject to weather. The apartment was very dirty - there were dead bugs in the refrigerator, hair in the bed sheets, and the bathroom (mainly the tubs) were very dirty. The kitchen lights did not work so had to operate in the dark. Dishwasher did not work. Had we had the time, my friends and I would have found another place to stay but given the time and limited options, we stayed there. Unhappy, I have asked for a partial refund. ##### Omer A.
