Leander Home w/ Shaded Backyard, Games and Grill

  • This one is all about the backyard: a big shade cover, outdoor dining, a grill, cornhole and ladder golf, plus ping pong and darts in the garage. Inside there is a fireplace, a full kitchen, and room for 6 across 3 bedrooms.

    It is a quiet, family-friendly Leander neighborhood near shopping and dining, about a 7-minute walk to Northcreek Ranch Park and 5-8 minutes by car to the Leander MetroRail station. The H-E-B Center is about 12-14 minutes away, and downtown Austin is about 35-40 minutes without traffic.

    The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the kids' room has two single beds. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower. The open kitchen and living room have a fireplace, and there is a washer and dryer. A Pack 'n Play, kids' dishes, board games and books are on hand. The whole house and backyard are yours, with free parking on site, plus street parking. This home is made for families and small groups, so no parties, please. Drive times are estimates without traffic, so allow extra at rush hour.

If smoking is detected in the house from your stay, a $500 fee will be added to remove the smell and additional cleaning required to reset the house.
