Great access to highways or metro-rail for getting downtown or to the best shopping and dining in Austin. The property is on a greenbelt with a creek running past the backyard and access to community playgrounds, sports, frisbee golf, a fishing pond, and more right on the trail. The deck overlooks trees, trails, and the creek.
