This inviting 3BR/3BA home is conveniently located just 20 minutes northwest of downtown with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The main sitting area offers a flat screen cable TV, baby grand piano for the guests who can play, and a large sectional couch, 2 big chairs and 2 small benches. The large windows look out towards the hill country and neighboring rooftops. The upstairs terrace offers ample sitting with enjoyable evening lights. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and coffee for in the morning. The bar seats 4 and the dining table can accommodate 8 with the extra chairs found in the home. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with views of the luxury backyard pool/cabana. On a cool evening the 12 foot slider door in the bedroom can be opened to feel like the pool is at arm’s length. The two guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house with a full bathroom/ bath shower combo. Both rooms have queen size beds. The office downstairs has a wall of glass doors that looks out towards the pool. In this room there is a futon that folds out into a king size bed and also has a private bathroom with shower.

After a great day in Austin, come settle in to a relaxing evening at poolside under the cabana that accommodates seating for 7 and 2 more at the small playing table. If you are wanting to dine outside, then eating under the large umbrella and table for 6 might suit you and your party. If sun bathing is what you came for, then there are 2 chaise lounge chairs and /or 2 "in pool" chaise lounge chairs with a small table. You must not forget to add lighting and sound to this tropical paradise.... turn on the water fountain and lounge area bubblers, and LED pool lighting and enjoy your private resort! The pool can be heated during winter months (only by request and its $150 additional charge/night) - Jacuzzi can always be heated with no additional charge. If you choose to do your own Texas grilling... Head over to HEB five minutes away and pick up some good - ole steaks. The grill is located on the side yard closest to the kitchen. One convenient part of our location is you have easy access to all highways. Toll road nearby (off to the races), 183 connects to 35 and Mopac (Downtown enjoyment). Austin is a great place to come and I know you will enjoy staying here.
