"The check-in process was the worst I have ever experienced. This Holiday Inn Express does not have its own front desk. We had to drive to another hotel that is connected with Holiday Inn for the check in and then drive back to the hotel to drop our luggage. The self-parking cost was way too high, $49 after including all fee. Staff was helpful and breakfast was pretty good. It appears to me that the manager of the hotel has made some big mistakes, e.g., removing its front desk and outsource parking to a 3rd party. Unless these issues would be addressed, I would not stay in this hotel again in the future. "
