They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. Exiting on the parking side the door can't be locked from the outside requiring tenants to walk around the block to get to a vehicle. The biggest concern is the dirty dishes left behind and the doors that can't be locked at all being a safety concern. ##### Sean P.
