We didn't have any emergencies but asked some questions just through the booking experience. The house is very comfortable with nice a nice couch, chairs, bar stools and dining table. The TV is also Easy to use with one simple remore vs many that we have had with 2 - 4 remotes and no instructions. We all also liked comfortable memory foam mattress beds.
