Staff was nonexistent, very limited service, you need to ask for everything way ahead of time. If you stay on the side of the hotel above Rainey street you will hear and feel inescapable thumping music until 2 AM every morning! Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Downtown - University by IHG
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Whole arrangement with Indigo hotel in part of building and HIE on other floors was confusing. Staff were courteous, breakfast buffet good. Parking was expensive and unexpected...$50 a day for guests seems ridiculous.
