I would never come back here again. The indoor pool is freezing cold and slippery. My son fell while walking so not sure if the floor is not adequate or if they did that on purpose. The room itself was so humid and felt dirty just walking in the room. The sofa had stainings on it so my kids weren’t allowed to sit on it. The tv isn’t even mounted on the wall it’s on a counter and in an odd place. I would never come back here. Felt like a motel. Breakfast was so bad and the line was long for a waffle. No one ever came to clean the room or restock towels. Very very disappointing hotel. I think you can get a better stay somewhere else for the same cost.
Our stay was great! We arrived in the evening to our room and the room seemed unfinished. Before we could call the front desk, there was a staff member calling us explaining that the room we were in was our original assigned room but had since been deemed "out of order." The issue was quickly resolved and they even offered us a bag with water and snacks for the inconvenience. The staff were all very nice throughout our 2 night stay.

The room was a bit outdated but it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Personnel at the desk were very nice and the free breakfast was more than adequate. We would stay here again.

Everything you’d want for a one-night stay on a business trip. Easy, convenient location and parking, very friendly staff, nice amenities (pool, workout room, etc.), really good breakfast buffet, large, clean room. A bit of a funky smell in the 3rd floor hallway, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Room was more like a red roof inn than spring hill. Reeked of air freshner and very old. To check in took us over 20 minutes just for the receptionist to come out the back. Definitely would not recommend

Sooooo cold! Bathroom floor was ice cold. Unbearably cold. Shower was a mess to get hot water to come out. And the a/c heater unit very annoying. Didn’t blow hot air and fan stays on circulating cold air.

This is a property that needs some maintenance. The first room we were in had a strong disinfectant or air freshener smell. We tried it through the first night but had to change rooms for the second night. In both rooms, Both rooms needed work on their caulking. The second room had a towel rack that was ready to come off the wall. The second room smelled fine until the blower came on. Then it was a musty smell...not too overwhelming but not fresh either.

SpringHill did their job. You guys didn’t and when I called to let you know that I couldn’t check in due to you guys having my reservation pending I got hung up on by your customer service agent. SpringHill suites had to cancel my reservation through Expedia and get CHARGED again to get out of the cold.

Unfortunately my room wasn't very clean when I arrived, but staff was extremely understanding accommodating when I asked to switch to the Hilton across the street. Although the cleanliness is more on the housekeeping staff not so much on them, the front desk did everything they could to ensure that I was taken care of, and that was greatly appreciated.
