The property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room, indoors and out, for us, our kids, and our grandkids. The house was spotless and the kitchen was extensively stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We also appreciated the numerous comfy places to gather.

We booked this venue so we could have our wedding. It was the absolute best venue. The host Veronica was so great. Always available and very communicative. Everything that we needed during that time period, the host came through and then some. Also, absolute best location and perfect venue for our special day.

Spacious and Clean!

The house was large enough to allow for everyone to have their own space comfortably while also having large gathering areas so everyone could hang out together! The screened in gazebo and deck were the popular spots of the weekend. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy as well, Veronica was a great communicator and host!

Amazing and Cool Home

The host was very helpful and very sweet. She made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The home was very spacious and cool to hang out and spend time with friends and family. The place looks exactly like the pictures here. We felt home and comfortable which made us love the place. I would definitely book this place again!

Perfect large space!

We stayed at this property for a wedding in Naperville and a reception downtown Aurora! The location was perfect. It was quiet and very clean. Massive outdoor space and additional party room with fridge and its own bathroom! Note: it doesn’t have central air upstairs, but once you run the wall unit for a bit it was perfect. Next time we come to Naperville I’ll happily stay here again.

Veronica went above and beyond our expectations in every possible way. We hosted our wedding there and stayed with our friends and family, and she made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, and genuinely caring — truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made our stay and wedding planning so much easier and completely stress-free.Her house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — it truly felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you could tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort.If we could give her ten stars, we absolutely would. We’re so grateful for her warmth and hospitality!

Thanksgiving - 2024

Our family of 12 simply had a wonderful, tears of joy filled reunion in Aurora at Evergreen House. We were able to seat twelve around the tables together for all our meals and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. The highlight of the house was the downstairs superbly equipped kitchen, open dining area for 12, and a living room/entertainment area with a sectional sofa, game/card table and the largest flat screen TV we've ever seen. This large three area open space was the center of our family gatherings and thoroughly enjoyed by all! Veronica was a joy to work with and the family is already talking about returning next year! It was a wonderful family time.

Christmas 2024

Family from 3 different states joined us here in Illinois for Christmas. The house was just right for our group. Downstairs there was plenty of room for games and tv watching. Snacks and drinks were at hand. The extra room behind the garage was perfect for our Christmas dinner, plenty of room as another set of in laws joined us. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. A lovely surprise for us was the Christmas tree set up in the family room., it added to the charm of the home at this time of year. Veronica responded promptly to a question we had and was in touch with us throughout the stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Amazing property, great for relaxing on the patio!

We traveled for a funeral and had 6 adults staying at the house. The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families. The back patio has a screened in gazebo with lighting and made for great evening entertainment. We absolutely loved the playset/tree house, it kept the kids entertained for hours, and the back yard is so spacious it would be great for teengers wanting to throw a football. Any of our needs/questions were immediately met, communication with the host was great. The pictures on the listing accurately depict the home including the spaciousness and the cleanliness. I would 10/10 reccomend and give the the hosts an A++ on attention to detail!! Loved it!

Exceeded Expectations

The easiest way to describe our stay is that it was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The information, including photos, contained in the description of the property were right on and accurately represented the house. Communication with Veronica was good, professional, and timely. There was a slight mixup with the number of bath towels at the house, but Veronica handled it very quickly and without us even asking. We stayed at the home with 7 adults and 2 young children. It was perfect for our family but the house could accommodate more if needed. The downstairs kitchen area was even better than in the photos. Lots of room with plenty of seating and lounging area also. The TVs in every room, including bedrooms, was a great touch. An added bonus was the outside area. Very large yard with a play area for the kids which was terrific. The back patio and screened in gazebo were great and we took advantage of those. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, and quiet space to stay. The location is located somewhat near to a commercial area but we always felt safe and noise was never an issue. Overall, a great stay.

Great get away!

We had a fantastic stay at this home and created so many wonderful memories. The layout was perfect, and the bonus room off the garage was an awesome spot for games. The spacious yard made for a great place to relax and hang out. The owner was extremely helpful and kept in excellent communication with us throughout our stay!
