Between the Quiberon peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, Auray is a major tourist destination in Brittany. The rental is located in the heart of Saint Goustan, a city of art and history with its port, its cobbled streets, its half-timbered houses, its artists' studios and lively quays. This cottage dating back more than 300 years, is located rue du Château. It is a steep, busy pedestrian street. This place is steeped in history, it was once the moat of the Château d'Auray, of which only ruins remain today. You will also find nearby: the pier to get to the islands, beaches, major tourist sites such as the alignments of Carnac as well as hiking trails. This period house consists on the ground floor of a living room with lounge and dining room, a fitted kitchen and a toilet with washbasin.On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and direct access to a private 33 m2 terrace, a bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be converted into a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with spa bath and shower and a independent toilet. On the second floor are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, then a bathroom with wc. Outside, you will enjoy a 32 m2 patio with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
