Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 10 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and sea view  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, filter coffee maker and dining area with sea view  
\- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Ault, close to the Bay of the Somme, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car parks near the residence.
