Built in 1865, this hidden bungalow is WELL WITHIN WALKING distance of anything a traveler might need- library/courthouse/gov't center/James Brown Arena are <8 minute walk & downtown Augusta, with our best bars/restaurants/clubs is only 2 blocks away.
Hospitals are only 1.1 mi = NO RENTAL CAR NEEDED. The River is .5 mi away for fishing, kayaking or jogging on the Riverwalk. Unit is gated but parking is outside gate. Listing is for upstairs unit ONLY (downstairs/adjacent cottage also available)
