Built in 1865, this cute cottage is located within walking distance of anything a traveler might need. The library/courthouse/gov't complex are <8 min WALK for daytime work & all the best restaurants/bars/cafes are just several city blocks away when you get done at night= NO RENTAL CAR REQUIRED. The river is .5 mi away from kayaking or running or enjoying the riverwalk. Home features custom furniture and artwork by Joe Felz. Home is gated, has parking & is located across from a duplex (see pics)
