- ![Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. #### Comfortable and cozy.

Property was very cozy and had everything I needed for a weekend work stay. Super close to restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent neighborhood makes this property a gem.

Great location. Nice bed and bedding. Not enough amenities: there is nowhere to hang bath towels or dish towels. Small things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, dish cloth, glass cleaner or disinfectant should be added to make this a five star. Definitely not as clean as I expected.

Clean stuff. Enjoyable environmental. Good price. I will come back next time needed. Just a suggestion. The bathroom needs some towel hooks.
