We stayed at the hotel for New Year’s eve and we have nothing negative to share. Hotel was very clean and staff was super nice. I recommend this hotel for short stays in Augsburg.

good price-benefit balance

The hotel's location is excellent. My room overlooked a magnificent green area. The surrounding area is very quiet. I have three warnings. First, the toilets need to be meticulously cleaned. Second, there were insects in the room; they need to be disinfected and inspected. Finally, unfortunately, two single beds can't be joined securely to form a single king-size bed. Because there's a gap between them, you're forced to sleep in the single section.

Amei a experiência! Tudo foi incrível: atendimento excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos e o hotel adota práticas sustentáveis que fazem diferença para o meio ambiente. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Apesar de o hotel oferecer estacionamento próprio, também é possível parar na rua com tranquilidade, já que há várias vagas disponíveis. Não tenho nada a reclamar, recomendo! Atendimento dos funcionários personalizado, o que deixa a estadia ainda mais especial

Top Hotel!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war schön und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll hergerichtet und die Produkte regional. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war auch die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und, dass man auch mit einem Handicap dort gut aufgehoben ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, da kann sich so manches Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden. Betten hervorragend.Automatische Rollos an den Fenstern nervtötend, sie gingen bei beiden Zimmern irgendwann spät abends plötzlich hoch. Frühstück zwar Bio, aber nicht sehr große Auswahl....Bio Fleischwurst sieht nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr so toll aus (dunkler Rand, trocken) wurde aber immer wieder so hingestellt. Crepes jdden Tag kalt, da ohne Warmhalteplatte nur so auf einem Silbertablett

Neuf, confortable, mais assez loin du centre

Bel établissement, neuf et "à concept". Les chambres sont grandes et tres confortables, la déco soignée et moderne, et il y a visiblement un vrai souci écologique. Seul bémol, la situation de l'hotel, pas idéale pour les touristes. Compter une petite demi heure pour rejoindre le centre d'Augsburg en tramway.
