Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the apartment with natural light while framing beautiful views across the surrounding cityscape and nearby parks.

The apartment features a generous open-plan living and dining area, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Auckland. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, while the separate bedroom provides privacy and quiet off the living area.

The furnishings are slightly dated but well maintained, and the apartment is kept clean, functional and comfortable. Many guests appreciate the extra space compared with typical hotel rooms in the city.

This is a privately owned apartment and not part of the hotel, offering a more private and homely alternative to traditional hotel accommodation.

The green spaces of Albert Park are just around the corner, providing a peaceful place to relax beneath mature trees in the middle of the city.

The waterfront precinct, including Viaduct Harbour and the ferry terminal, is around a 10–15 minute walk away and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and harbour activities.

The apartment is also extremely convenient for visitors attending the University of Auckland, AUT University, or events at Spark Arena.

Frequent buses also run along nearby Queen Street and Symonds Street connecting to the wider Auckland region.

Because of the central location, many guests find they do not need a car during their stay.

Please note: There is no car park included with the apartment, but several secure public parking buildings are located nearby.

A refundable security deposit of NZD $350 (minimum) is required before arrival.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
