Newly renovated stylish holiday home with fabulous views across the Hauraki Gulf.  Located just minutes from Palm Beach and Oneroa Village, this is the perfect spot to base yourself for a fabulous family holiday.  It has a sunny north facing position, great indoor & outdoor living & dining areas, spa pool, flat lawn and trampoline for the kids.

This idyllic property has plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. You enter into the large, welcoming, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.  The kitchen is well equipped for catering and has a dishwasher, large oven and nespresso machine.  There is a  relaxing living area, and a large dining tables indoor and out.  The room opens on 2 sides onto a wraparound deck, which gets all day sun - perfect for enjoying a BBQ and those fabulous views!  

On the living level are the master king bedroom along with a family bathroom.

Downstairs are three further bedrooms, as well as a TV snug with a sofa bed and a second bathroom.   Leading from this level is a an elevated wooden path which leads out into the native bush and bird watching platform. 

The house is located a few minutes drive from Oneroa and Onetangi Beaches, and overlooks Palm Beach.  You can walk from a path outside the house down through the fields to Palm beach.  Palm Beach is a lovely sandy beach, and has a 'locals favourite' cafe/restaurant Arcadia, a shop and a great kids playground.  

This house makes holidays easy - and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy all that Waiheke has to offer!

Due to bedding configuration this property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, 9 if a family group.

Each stay incurs a $220 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
