Great Location on North Shore only 15 km from Auckland’s city & the viaduct.

The house is large, modern, and tropical, with indoor and outdoor spaces to relax — perfect for relaxing, reading, swimming, or a BBQ.

At one end of the house, two guest rooms share a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom (shared only if both rooms are booked).

Just a short walk to Browns Bay Village that got all you need & nice beaches for a swim. Nearby you’ll find bush walks, vineyards, golf, and more.

My house is very spacious and gives you a great sense of privacy, with a beautiful tropical garden, several private decks and outdoor areas, and a swimming pool. So, although you may share some of the spaces with other guests, there is plenty of room to find your own private spot and relax.

We’re also lucky to be close to two lovely beaches, perfect for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Browns Bay Village is just a 5-minute walk away, with everything you need, including shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. There are also lively Sunday Markets every week, with food, local produce and plenty of atmosphere.

If you enjoy bush walks, vineyards, golf, tennis, surfing, or arts and food markets, there is plenty to explore around the North Shore, all within easy reach.

Auckland City is also only around 15–30 minutes away by car or bus, depending on traffic. Albany Mall and Stadium are about 10 minutes away, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located nearby.

It’s a great base if you want to enjoy everything Auckland has to offer while still having a relaxed, coastal place to come home to. 😊
