Communication quite the opposite. Impossible to get a hold og the owner. Communication is supposed to run through a hotels.com chat. Which you don’t have access to prior to the stat. When check-in information is delivered through this, you obviously cannot access the information on where to get the key. We had to book a hotel room until we got through.
