Clean and modern, easy access and close to CBD

Quiet, clean and although small all we needed. Lovely bed. Good access instructions.

Good walking distance to restaurants & harbour area. Liked the facilities - washing machine, cooking , tv access & netflix. Being able to open windows & door onto a balcony appreciated as it was quite warm.

Convenient location , quiet and clean

This is a lovely little apartment right near the downtown area. Conveniently located quiet and clean. Well appointed. There is a washing machine but no dryer we didn’t use it. I recommend it

Great for one

Perfect size for me but a family member who came to visit said it made them feel claustrophobic. Stayed here for almost two months with no problem. But not so good for plus-sized people. Good facilities all within the building. Mum said it should have a dryer but it was easy to dry clothes inside with fan on or out on balcony. Theres only one small portable heater. For the small space, it’s not too bad. Location is amazing! Only issue is that it’s hard to communicate via the website. Not the owner’s fault. The website slows things down a bit. Better to exchange emails when you book the place in case of any issues. Otherwise, the host is really nice and understanding. They were very quick to meet me when needed. Highly recommend for one person.

Perfect spot

Great location, super clean, tiny but just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Appreciated the iron and ironing board. Only suggestion would be to improve the shower...water flow and water temp not great, but otherwise a perfect stay!

The pictures lie.

The place is tiny!! No real separate bedroom. The pictures don't tell the truth. The building appears to be mainly for short-term rental purposes and has the feel of poor maintenance. Construction across the street produces constant noise. No air conditioning. Limited kitchen utensils. Just horrible place.
