It packs in two bedrooms (thats two queen beds - sleeps four in total) and a bathroom downstairs. The upper level has a huge deck, which extends the living space (the mezzanine is not accessable). All key amenities are included. (Heating over winter is a combo of fire upstairs and heaters dounstairs). It’s an easy stroll to a super-safe all-tide swimming beach, which has a park, playground and picnic facilities. Note that it s up a shared driveway and there is parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. You need to bring your own linen\*\* and be aware that cellphone reception is patchy at best and you need to walk to the beach for full coverage or use wifi enabled calling. Pets welcome on request. Here s a taste of what’s nearby: • New Zealand s best snorkelling/diving in our oldest marine reserve at Goat Island. The Glass Bottom Boat runs for those not keen on getting their feet wet. • At Tawharanui Regional Park you can surf or scuba. For surfers, it is a 20 min drive to Pakiri or Omaha or Takatu Peninsula.
