Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bathroom in the guest wing, making this home perfect for families or groups. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the onsite laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.  
  
At the heart of the home, an open-plan living space seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A cozy fireplace adds comfort on cooler evenings, while large ranch sliders open to an expansive deck, where you can relax and soak in the spectacular views over the Pacific. Set on 1.9 hectares, Skyline Lodge is framed by majestic pine trees to the west and overlooks Mount Tamahunga in Matakana. Just minutes from Leigh Village, you’ll find a pub, eateries, dairy, playground, and boat launch. Adventure awaits with the Schollum to Rodney bush walk just down the road, alongside other scenic trails, including part of the Aotearoa Trail. Prefer the beach? Take a stroll along Pakiri Beach, snorkel at Goat Island Marine Reserve, and finish the day with classic fish ‘n chips from Leigh Eats.
