Our villa is in the Avenues, which is one of Auckland's most desirable, heritage areas. Suitable for a family, a couple or individual. You'll be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located place. With electric gates and digital pedestrian access, our home is a fully restored villa in a heritage street, secure off street parking and indoor outdoor living. Jervois Road cafes and restaurants are at the end of the street, the supermarkets are nearby and it's an easy walk to public transport. Level access, modern high spec European beech kitchen with push to open features, separate pantry and silent range hood, separate laundry, 3 large bedrooms, central heating/air con. We are in a quiet family neighbourhood our house is best suited to families and business professionals. Central city is 2.5km, Harbour Bridge 1km, renowned Ponsonby Road with its unique boutiques, restaurants and bars is 900m, the zoo and MOTAT 4.4km, Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct are 2.2km and if you're after a swim the Herne Bay beaches 2.2km away. Uber to the city is approximately $12. The villa is split into 3 units, guests have complete and sole access to the 3rd unit and the back patio. Guests will be sent a code to access through the electric gates.

This place was amazing. So spacious, bright and clean. I would have loved to stay longer. Very well equipped kitchen, great showers with heated towel bars and lovely outdoor space. Overall just fantastic!
