Our property is a contemporary residence situated on the edge of Barry Curtis Park, one of Auckland’s most expansive nature reserves. The warmth and elegance of Scandinavian design are the most dazzling features of our properties. Ample open-plan kitchen and living areas extend onto a private outdoor patio giving you space to cook, entertain, dine, and unwind.

The space
The property is divided into two levels. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, a living-dining area, as well as a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with a closet, along with a second bathroom.

Inside, the townhouse is equipped with all the essential appliances to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, making it easy to prepare meals for your family or group.

Overall very happy with the high quality of the property & all it's inclusions (though the instructions for the upmarket washer/dryer are very complicated! - a quick 'easy' guide for a basic wash & drying cycle without always having to combine with a wash cycle would be great - we never did work that option out despite usually being very competent with electrical appliances). Cleanliness and presentation was great (though a front doormat would have helped make it easier to maintain the cleanliness. Would book again as we have family nearby (which is why we chose Ormiston). Anyone who wants closer access to Auckland CBD needs to know that it is a half hour drive away by car, and much longer by public transport.

Beautiful townhome

This was a little further out of Auckland than we thought but was still accessible by bus. A car would have no problems. Very quiet, new neighborhood. Felt very safe. The home was well equipped and comfortable beds. Everything we needed for our short stay.We could have used the washer but there was a clothesline outside(no clothespins).

Very nice!

Nice new property. Five minute walk from a bus stop with a huge park across from the property to go walking. Very clean, plenty of utensils and dishes to use, towels and bedding were pristine.
