The cottage is a great place to stay, it is very comfortable,Spotlessly clean and close to amenities, but you feel like you have gone away to a tranquil oasis with the bush in your door step.

Our host, Sharon was awesome to work with. Her house was so cozy and quiet and close enough to walk to town which was nice. Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. When we weren’t off exploring, Sharon’s home offered us relaxing down time to read or take a nap. We didn’t realize that this was Sharon’s personal home so used her shampoo that was in the shower because a shower was the first thing we did after arriving because of our long flight. We would recommend that perhaps these things be put away if they are not for renters use. We would highly recommend this rental. Sooooo comfortable!

Directions were great. House was extremely well stocked. Bed was comfortable, very nice sheets! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It's a really great location just 5 minutes drive to the centre of Orewa but far enough away to be very quiet so you can enjoy the bird song. Has everything in the house so its very comfortable and makes for a super easy stay.

The cottage was a delight and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking essentials usually missing in other places. So quiet and peaceful yet a few minutes walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the washer in the unit.

Fantastic home from home

Perfect place to spend our first few days in NZ. Quiet and relaxing but not far from Orewa, a lovely little beach town. Accommodation was clean and welcoming...we had the best night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. Lovely outside space and everything you could wish for in a holiday home, and more. Can't rate this lovely place highly enough.
