Easy walk to stadium, etc. The only downside is the noise of the bars. The listing warns about this and it is very loud at night. There were noise machines in both bedrooms which was helpful. The campus is across the street. The property is over a bar, so the music pounds until 2am nightly. After that you can hear a pin drop. So if you have trouble sleeping with music pounding. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and campus was very nice. The beds were new, nice mattresses so we slept really well. Yes this place is right between two bars/clubs but we weren't bothered by the noise level- though it was summer time while we were there.
