"The breakfast was fresh and the kitchen was clean"

"The hotel was what I expected for the price. No disappointments there. The bar, on the other hand was a totally different story. I was there with three other couples for a medical school graduation for two of our children. My wife’s ex-husband and wife made it to the bar and so did the brides family. The bartender would not let me open a tab for me and my wife and said they could only accommodate two tabs per table. I wasn’t even sitting at an adjacent table. I went to the bar and she acted like it would be a problem for me to pay cash there. She asked if I wanted a glass or the bottle for the beer and I said a glass so she handed me the bottle of beer and the glass. I took my wife drink and my glass and beer to the table when I poured the beer in my glass she came by about three minutes later gave me a mean look and just took the empty bottle. Complain to the manager on duty and she never really even apologized. I know this could sound like sour grapes, but it’s not. It was already an awkward situation for me and there was no way I was going to ask my wife’s ex-husband or the parents of the bride to pay for my drinks. The manager told me I should’ve done that and then just Venmo them the money. I work in customer service and this is so extremelyUnacceptable."

"We booked this hotel room for my daughter’s graduation from Auburn. I paid astronomical for this room. It typically rents for a ridiculous amount less a night. The room was dirty especially the shower with hair and mildew. It had an odd odor. We went to Walmart and bought our own sheets and comforter because we were not about to sleep on their linens. The swimming pool was half full of dirty water and upon closer inspection we found a shopping cart in the pool. The fact that I paid such a rate for this room infuriates me. Price gouging for a graduation is shameful."

"Room was clean and updated. Employees were courteous and helpful. Air conditioner kept the room cool. The hotel was in a quiet area. Great place to stay. Plenty of room. "

"The property Location, designe and construction, room size and eminities all great. However, the shower and tolit needed fixed and no staff was available to assist with the issues."
