There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.



BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Had a great stay at the Godbold building in Auburn to visit our college student. Great location, beautiful apartment. Only downside was the noise from the nightclub next door in the evenings, but the sound machines in each bedroom were a great addition and helped us sleep peacefully. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Hoped to stay downtown Auburn for a weekend swim meet and chose this place. Could not be more convenient and nice for a family of 3 or 4. Sound machines drown out the city sounds (clubs nearby). Lots of space in the unit with easy parking. All the conveniences you'd need.

New building. Clean. Great location for walking everywhere. Just keep in mind you are next to the sky bar and some students do live in the building. Sound machine in rooms a nice addition. TV’s in the rooms and basic cable would be nice if I am being picky.

Football Weekend!

We came out to see our daughter dance with the Tiger Eyes in her first ever Auburn Football game! Incredible weekend with the perfect place to stay. Great location, clean and modern space. This is our 2nd stay in the Godbold building. Both times were spot on. Highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend at Auburn. The unit is in the best location with easy parking. It is very clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have tv’s in the bedrooms. The rentals are not inexpensive and when traveling with kids, multiple TV’s at night are better.

V nice but noisy

The unit is very nice and location in the center of town is v convenient. Unfortunately, Sky Bar right behind the building played club music with heavy bass until 2:30am. Additionally, someone had pressed the emergency call button by the elevators in error and the recording played for two days (no one came to check it).
