  • Grand 5 bedroom and 5.5 bath house in a secure, quiet setting close to everything. This fabulous house is a wonderful open concept kitchen and living room is wonderful for visiting with your family and friends while in the Loveliest Village for the many attractions that bring us back! Sectional sofa is comfortable and great for watching highlights after the big win. Spacious porches and balconies are wonderful for getting out of the sun and enjoying each other's company. The back yard has 6 parking spaces and a lit grass courtyard that is beautiful. Sister house on College is connected through the backyard and perfect for large parties that need two houses.

Great spot close to Auburn

Had a quick golf trip to grand national with some friends. Property is exactly as listed and had everything we needed. 15 minutes to golf and a mile from downtown.

Love these houses. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Love that the backyards join. It was perfect for a reunion. Plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay again!

Great house and great location! It was clean, stocked with essentials and plenty of parking. It was the perfect house for our group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of entertaining space. We will be back!

The Best House on Mimosa Ave

Five Moms were in town for Auburn Mom's weekend and we loved staying at this home. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room to entertain our daughters in the evening. The walk to campus was so easy with the walking path down College. I can't wait to stay there again for our Girls' weekend!

Perfect Location

Home was just perfect for my daughter's graduation. Kitchen is new and filled with everything you need and more! Beds are super comfy. We loved the yard and had enough parking for us all. Manager quickly got back to us to accommodate my elderly parents and also a quick need to bring our dog with us. We can't wait to stay there again!

Nice house. Each room has en-suite bathroom which was great. Very poor communication from the owner. He never sent check-in code, until after we arrived and were locked out of the house for an hour. Teen son wanted to play with corn hole set in the backyard, but no beanbags were around.

Perfect weekend getaway.

House was gorgeous and clean! Perfect for multiple families. Super convenient to absolutely everything in Auburn. We also had 4 vehicles to park and the parking lot and outside area had plenty of space. We locked ourselves out the first morning and Nick was super quick to respond and had us back in before we got back from where we went that morning! Would book again.

Perfect!

This property easily accommodated our family during an AU graduation weekend. With great weather, we took advantage of all the outdoor spaces while hosting friends and relatives for meals together. Our in-house guests especially liked having their own en suite bathrooms. The property is convenient to campus and downtown Auburn. Nick was very responsive each time I had a question which was much appreciated. We all had a really enjoyable time!

Our New Favorite Home in Auburn

Our Family of 10 plus 2 Grandchildren enjoyed this beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home away from home. What a treat for everyone to have their own bathroom in this 5 bedroom home. Wonderful outdoor spaces including a great front porch. Close to the stadium. Our 3 year old Grandson exclaimed, “I want to come back to this house!”, all of our sentiments exactly. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for the memories and your hospitality.

Iron Bowl

The house was excellent for our group of 10 adults and two 2-year-olds. Each of the five bedrooms had its own bath which was super. Laundry room, which we did not use was well located. Kitchen and living area was great for our group to hang out. Great backyard for 30-year-olds to throw the football. Safe backyard for the little ones to run around. Only drawback to us was a little far to walk to downtown and to the football stadium. Required us to have a car driver.

Great House for Family

We had our adult children and significant others for 4 nights and the house worked great for 8 adults. I was nice to have a full bathroom attached to each bedroom. Plenty of room downstairs for everyone to hang out and watch tv | play games (which we brought). Everywhere we wanted to go was within 3 miles, so very convenient location. I gave 5 stars but the one thing that could improve the property are curtains (preferably blackout) in the bedrooms. The blinds allow a good amount of light and our family likes darker rooms for sleeping. Just something to be aware of.

Rental for Football Weekend

The property was excellent, with 5 bedroom, 4 of which had queen size or larger beds. Great space for hanging out, watching games on TV. 2 houses constitute the property, and the other house had the same code for the door. We found this out when a guest at the other house dropped off some things at our house by mistake while we were at the game. Not a big deal, but not sure why both houses had the same door code. Liability issue for sure, security being what it is today. Host was responsive and apologetic.

Graduation weekend Auburn

If you have a larger group visiting Auburn, whether for a football weekend, graduation, parents weekend etc. This is a fabulous place to stay. It is close enough to campus that you can walk (about a mile) but not so close that it is noisy. The house is new. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the porches and patios are great. The backyard is amazing. you can even have an event in the yard if you ask the host. One night, rather than trying to get a reservation for a large group, we catered dinner for my daughter and her roommates and all of the families just hung out in the yard. Its an amazing place and I would not hesitate to rent it again. Nick is a great host. Very responsive and communicative. Everything that we needed was provided.
