In a peaceful setting, nestled in the heart of a valley overlooking splendid open and wooded landscapes, 45 minutes from the beaches of Normandy and the Bay of Somme, 30 minutes from the castles of Rambures, Eu, and Mesnières-en-Bray, and 20 minutes from greenways for cycling (Avenue Verte, Chemin du Petit Caux, Chemin entre Terre et Mer), come relax in this bright, standalone cottage where you can bring your horse. For musicians, a piano is available in this peaceful haven. Didier and Anne, passionate horse lovers, welcome you to their small 7-hectare equestrian farmstead. For nature lovers, they’ll recommend the most beautiful trails in the nearby forest and hiking paths accessible from the cottage on foot or by mountain bike. We are certified as a “rider-friendly” property and can accommodate you and your horse from July through September. The private, unfenced garden features a terrace and an electric awning. To help you unwind, benches are set up around the unfenced, flower-filled pond located across from the cottage. We’re located less than an hour from the Baie de Somme, Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains, and Dieppe, and just 20 minutes from lovely greenways. We allow a maximum of one dog, subject to compliance with the “Gîte de France” pet policy: no dogs in the bedroom or on the armchairs and sofa; do not leave the dog alone in the cottage; and the dog must be kept on a leash at all times on the property (cats are not allowed). Ground floor: - fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine), - bathroom with shower and sink, - living room with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace and offering an unobstructed view, insert fireplace, TV, piano. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm), office with space for remote work, - bathroom with toilet. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Barbecue. On-site 30x40m riding arena. Accommodates horse and rider pairs (maximum 2 horses) from July through the end of September. Horse rates: pasture €10, stall €17, stall with pasture access €20.
