Washer and dryer on premises was convenient. Communication with host was quick and accurate. Thanks for having Netflix on the TV. However, having central a/c would have been helpful as only one of the window units worked well. Although the kitchen was stocked with LOTS of utensils, there was a lack of knives. Even though Netflix was available, that was the only app usable (others recognized that we weren't at home). Perhaps cable would be nice for guests to use. We found weekly beach tags left behind by the previous renters which I'm assuming they had to purchase because they didn't have them. I found them while I was waiting for the response from the owner about the beach tag where he stated the previous tenants had "accidentally packed them" which seemed inconsistent. There was very little space to put things away as almost all drawers and cabinets in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen areas were occupied by the owner's belongings. The fridge and cabinets were full of food, some of which was expired, etc. The walk to the boardwalk was convenient, though further than expected. The window AC worked fine but were all left slightly unplugged for some reason so initially when we turned them on they were not working. I do think this property would benefit from a deep clean and potentially some thought at offering a more comfortable experience. We were unfortunate with the weather and opted to leave early. ##### Jessica M.
