"Lovely stay at this hotel as a family of 4 with two small children. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, which is especially appreciated with small children. The children were given little activity bags upon check in and play “money” to treat themselves to an ice lolly from the bar on a hot day. Room was very nice, we had a double with futon, set up by housekeeping within minutes of our request. Room service was delivered very quickly after a late request in the evening. Breakfast was lovely. Concierge team fantastic. Special mention to Jaan who was amazing with our girls. Thank you, when we next visit London we will be sure to book again."

"I love this hotel because is nice and clean, breakfast is delicious and is located in the heart of everything you can go walking to london eye, big ben, westminiter church, you named and is there, is a little market across the street from hotel you can buy waters, beer, ect. One thing stay away in the streets from people who wants to steal your money playing a litle game where is the little ball in small cups.."
