Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bath Brand New 1st floor Condo here in Ocean City. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this down town 1st floor condo 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, 1 minute walk to downtown Asbury Avenue Ocean City. 3 blocks from 9th Street bridge, making it easy to get to. The downtown neighborhood makes this is truly unique rental with more than just the boardwalk and beach to visit by booking this rental. Enjoy Johnny Be Goods ice cream a block away or walk across the street to the Fractured Prune.
Must be 18 years or older to rent
Must be 21 years or older to drink on premises.
Absolutely no Senior week.
A 500 dollar security deposit will be pre-authorized on the credit that you book from before stay.

Fantastic spot and location!

We brought our kids down for a few days over New Years. The location was perfect with the boardwalk and shops all right there. The house was beautiful, clean and had a great layout and space. The kids loved it, as did my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend this property. The hosts were great, answered any questions and left great instructions for check in and check out as well as recommendations

This property was wonderful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. You’ll feel like you are at home. It included household products, as well as, sheets and towels (which is a huge bonus at the shore). We really enjoyed our stay!

Fun OC getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Updated and well-appointed. Perfect size for our group and great entertaining area in living room kitchen combo as well as beautiful front porch. Short walk to beach and everything you need is at your fingertips. Will definitely recommend and we hope to return!

Great location

Although the property is 4 blocks from the beach the walk is not bad, also wawa, starbucks, and some restaurants are all within walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet and not crowded with crowds overall I would stay here again. Comfortable place to get away and relax.

Beautiful home but not very clean when we got there, takis found under the master bedroom. Our feet were filthy from walking on the floors inside. There was also a piece of trash under the bed from the previous stay.
