Simply put, everything was perfect. Obviously, we went there to be on the beach, and we were. My favorite aspect of the house was the deck on the main floor, overlooking the ocean. The house itself was perfect for a family gathering. Ample sleeping, ample bathrooms, great gathering and sitting spaces. I just highly recommend this home to others.

We stayed for one week in this beautiful home. The view is amazing from the top deck and we loved walking up and down the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. Ms. Carolyn (host) is very sweet and maintains the property beautifully. Such a wonderful place to create more family memories, so we will definitely be back!

Our stay got off to a rough start with an unbearable moth ball smell throughout the house upon arrival. We contacted the host, who removed the moth balls but didn’t offer an apology for the issue.The house rules also felt overly strict, particularly around parking, which made the stay feel less relaxed than we’d hoped.To the host’s credit, they were responsive to our messages throughout the stay. However, they were not especially accommodating when it came to an honest booking error on our end (guest count), and communication around that felt more transactional than understanding.Overall, a stay with some real drawbacks — future guests should read the house rules closely, especially around parking, before booking.

The best part about this house was the location and the second story porch over looking the beach and ocean. The interior was dated and had a very strong odor of moth balls upon arrival. The house was poorly stocked lacking enough bath and dish soap for our four night stay and no laundry detergent. No beach towels were offered. Dishes were found dirty in the cabinets. No outdoors shower although hose available to rinse off.
