Spacious 4-Bedroom Home In Peaceful Avondale Estates

Avondale Estates is a family friendly neighborhood, a secret gem in metro Atlanta. The home is a 3 minute walk to downtown Avondale, a 10 minute drive to Decatur, and a 25 minute drive to Midtown. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, the home has an open floor plan and beautiful kitchen. Relax in the cozy living room with gas fireplace. The elevated porch offers a quiet place to relax with a beautiful view of the backyard. There's a game room and several yard games. Families and groups are welcome!

The house has an open floor plan with lots of windows, allowing a lot of light to enter the house throughout the day. The living room features a big tv, perfect for cozy movie nights at home. There is also an office / game room on the main floor. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower and a large bath.

The back yard is wonderful and offers an inviting porch, where you can enjoy the sun, and listen to the birds chirping. Cornhole and Bocce Ball yard games are in the downstairs bedroom closet.

The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. It's a 3-minute walk to downtown Avondale, with restaurants, a weekly farmers market, the newly reopened Avon Theater, and the Town Green where the Weekend Wind Down concerts are hosted.
