Once you are home for the day, there is no need for a car! The unit comes with 2 deeded parking spots in a covered and gated garage. There is a small gym, outdoor courtyard with fountain and community center in the complex. The unit is furnished with 2 queen memory foam beds, an ottoman that converts to a twin bed, a 60 inch smart TV, a vegan sectional with ottoman, includes utilities and comes complete with all linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, barware, etc that is needed for a comfortable living experience. This condo is in a prime Atlanta location, directly across from Ponce City Market, CIty Winery and the Eastside Atlanta Beltline. The Beltline connects many vibrant neighborhoods in Atlanta and is bordered by restaurants, bars and retail shops.
