I normally do not leave reviews even if I did not have a good experience. But first time using this app, wanted a surprise weekend get away for my girlfriend and just had the worse experience. Not luxury at all. Place was not clean at all, furniture tore up. No extra blankets . So had to go home for blankets, and due to not being cleaned also showered at home instead.No remote for living room area.
