During my stay there was only half of the parking space a available due to renovation. I booked a king room and was given a room with two twin beds instead. After asking for a room with a king bed, they stated that they were out and I can check back the next day. I asked why they hey King rules available when I booked but there was none available once I arrived. The receptionist said that I should complain to my booking company that I booked with because they should have told me the king rooms were unavailable.

The first floor and lobby area are currently being renovated. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. There was a strong chemical odor near the lobby. My room was spacious and very clean.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were amazing and the room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was well run and well stocked. Parking was a bit challenging and there are some renovations going on but no construction noise during my stay. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is under renovation, lots of machinery and equipment in the parking lot. We arrived very late for check in after an event, and there was no parking. Make shift lobby with tables set up, however check in was quick and the area feels safe. The staff was pleasant and efficient, rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was big, breakfast was decent. We would stay again, even with the renovations. This will be a super nice place once the renovations are complete!

I gave 3 stars for property only because they were under construction for renovations but everything else was great. The breakfast was really really good. The staff was very friendly and polite every time we passed them. I’ve never stayed there but on the same street but I’m excited to stay there again once renovations are finished.

Staff was not friendly. Checked in late and the staff on duty was very rude. TV didnt work in the room. Called in to front desk and the staff was VERY RUDE!

Six Flags Trip
We were looking for something safe, clean and comfy to stay after a six flags visit. The hotel was less than 10 min from the park and was in the middle of a remodel. Our room was clean and modern. It only has one teeny tiny trash can though. Good breakfast for free. Lots of seating.

The breakfast was great with fresh blueberries, strawberries, eggs, sausage, etc. The staff was helpful and friendly. But housekeeping dropped the ball. The room entry tile shared the bathroom tile, and bare footprint and shoe prints were seen on the floor when we arrived, indicating the floor had not been cleaned. The sink drain backed up easily and a clump of hair could be seen in the drain around the stopper, as well as various hairs in the bathroom from the previous guests. Hampton Inn is usually a great stay, but this is this worst I've encountered because of the room condition.
