Short walk to most of the downtown things to do

The condo was nice. Neighbors are very quiet, no issues. Getting in and out was easy. About a mile walk to World of Coke and the Aquarium. Grocery store a short walk, as are a lot of restaurants.

Not as advertised

Through no fault of the owner, the overwhelming Marijuana smell was disgusting! The smell came through the vents, walls, etc. 24-7. If you have any aversion to the smell of Marijuana, avoid this property. Parking under ground is not the easiest and you have to carry items up a flight of stairs before you can get to the elevator. The security at the front of building will not let you bring your stuff through the front lobby, plus there is no guest parking by the main entrance. The heating and cooling for the entire building is centrally controlled, so you can't adjust temperature up or down and everyone knows heat (and Marijuana smell) rises. The owners did their best to accommodate, but the 24 hour a day smell was more than we could tolerate, we left a day early.

Fun stay but with issues

The property from the site was excellent but actually live was a bit different. Because of the weather in the area the rooms were extremely warm for the climate. Even opened windows and turning on the circulation fans didn’t help. Kitchen was very small and the property had a roach that passed by during the evening. The internet was going in and out. Plus the security within the facility was very lacked. Also, whoever cleaned up the place prior to the arrival didn’t place a new hand soap for the bathroom instead they put water in the used hand soap. I know these are minor details but the property manager has to do better with making this person's stay better for next time.

Worse Vrbo experience ever

1) Couldn’t park where assigned, not enough overhead clearance and I had specifically requested and communicated that I needed above ground parking when I made the reservation, and in a subsequent Vrbo message. Very slow to respond. Property mgr had to get involved. Then got assigned a new spot, and it was occupied! Landmark had to issue me an overnight pass. Moved y vehicle three times before ever getting a final spot my last day. 2) then, to get checked in I had trouble with the door code had to go down and get the property manager to come up and help me Gideon finally it took me an hour and a half to get in my room finally upon arrival that was ridiculous then I was told by the Verbo contact and the property manager downstairs that there would be a key FOB waiting for me in the room there wasn’t so I messaged the Verbo contact and got told they would have one for me the next morning then I had to get the property manager to come show me how to lock the ring back so that I can leave maroon you know to go to dinner and go to business meetings. That two was ridiculous the next morning I left for business meetings all day got back no key fob so that was very very ridiculous.3) then once I’m in the room looking around I noticed that the shower did not have shower doors. I found them in a closet. I had to find lightbulbs and take a light bulb from a lamp. I didn’t plan to use to put it in lamps that I wanted to use… Went to take a bath and the drain plug is broke
