On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a 6-seat dining table, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-seat dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a variety of coffee machines. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or on the balcony, and unwind on the spacious patio, complete with a 6-seat dining table.  
  
The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and balconies. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an external bathroom/laundry room equipped with a washer. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.  
  
Villa Anavil is perfectly situated just 700 m from Varkiza Beach, 5 km from the luxurious Astir Beach, and 6 km from the natural thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni.
