This charming 27-square-meter studio is located in the exclusive and vibrant area of Kolonaki, just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square. It is located on a pedestrian street lined with boutiques, cafes, and clubs. The bright, open-plan living/dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom, is ideal for a city getaway, a romantic weekend, or a business trip. The studio is on the ground floor of a small building with a cafe-bar on the ground floor.

The accommodation is located in a high-end area of Athens, where all the artistic events, gastronomy, and entertainment take place—at Agion Theodoron Square, just 100 metres from our property, and at Agia Irini Square, a 500-meter walk away. We’re just a few steps from Syntagma Square, surrounded by a vibrant nightlife, bustling shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and close to timeless landmarks such as the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora. Additionally, we share the building with the Tourist Police. The nearest metro station, “Panepistimio,” is 250 metres away. Popular nearby attractions include Ermou Street, 800 metres away, Syntagma Metro Station, 700 metres away, and Syntagma Square, also a 700-meter walk. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, located 31 km from the property.

If your neighbor’s behaviour is bothersome to you, please let us know, but we also ask for your patience in case we are unable to assist you.

It is essential that you send a photo of the ID or passport of all guests; only then can we provide you with the code to pick up your keys.
