On the second level there are 2 bedrooms each with their own baths and an open space office area, all with a direct view to the sea. In the basement there is a big bedroom , an open area with a single bed and a full bath.There is as small town within 6 kilometers from the house where you can find supermarkets drug stores, banks, bakeries, taverns cafe, public Medical center etc. The area is suitable to relax and enjoy the countryside and to take walks and explore. In addition to the pool facilities there is also a wood burning oven for those with exceptional cooking skills.
A car is necessary and there is ample private gated parking . Its easy to visit many archeological sites (Marathon, etc) around Athens or to other destinations (Delphi, etc) .
