This is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. For your safety and peace of mind, a Ring camera is installed at the exterior front door. It records video and audio only in the entry area—never inside the apartment.
