Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a quiet escape while being just minutes away from UGA and downtown Athens.  
Whether you're in town for a game day, a cultural event, or a relaxing getaway, our home provides the ideal haven for your stay.  
  
The space  
𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬: Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.  
  
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦:   
The heart of this property lies in the inviting living room, where you can unwind and indulge in your favorite streaming media on the expansive 50" flat screen smart TV. Imagine sinking into the plush sofa, surrounded by tasteful décor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere as you enjoy the latest movies and shows at your fingertips  
  
 𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace and multiple free Parking available.  
  
𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧: A fully equipped kitchen, enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen!

Not as described: This property does not sleep eight. Our family of five stayed at this property for three nights during our tour of UGA. The hostess was welcoming and communicative. The property was quiet. However, it was not well-appointed—it lacked utensils (just five spoons) dishes (no glass bowls, a few worn plastic ones), no pot holders, no baking sheet.The tub was cracked, the shower faucet was broken (we had to call to have this fixed as there were five of us using one shower). The biggest disappointment was the sleeping situation: the property states it sleeps eight but the two sofa “beds” are actually futons less than 5 feet. Our son laid down with half his legs extending off the end. There was no proper bedding for these two sofa “beds”; we ran out to Target to purchase. I cannot recommend this property.
