I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice of Greek food plus cereals etc. The rooftop bar is also great, with views across the city and surrounding hills, friendly staff and delicious cocktails!

Great location for exploring the sites. There are also a couple of great restaurants and bakeries close by. Ignore what other people say, it isn't unsafe. Yes lots of graffiti and homeless people around, but never any trouble. It is a city after all. Staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. We ate lunch in the rooftop restaurant on day 1 and it was very nice, but very expensive in my opinion. Whilst it had it's good points, I personally wouldn't stay here again. There was very little storage space in the bedroom- no wardrobe for clothes or place to put the suitcase. This could easily be fixed by the hotel. The room is also very dark even with curtains open, partly due to the dark decor, but also the surrounding buildings. Not great for trying to get ready. The lighting needs upgrading. The shower in the bathroom leaks everywhere as it isn't enclosed, very poorly designed. The lifts can also take forever depending on the time of day.

This hotel looks nice and well designed at first glance. And the breakfast is phenomenal- lots of local cuisine and done really well! Service is nice too. But things in our room kept either falling off the walls or breaking, shower drain was an issue, rooms are extremely tight squeeze and not very much surface area.
