Liked: Cleanliness, communication
This property is in a residential neighborhood. There are a few stores nearby and more a few blocks away. There is a bus stop across the street and there is a VERY nice section of beach. You can take a public bus into Athens and then at the end of the line a 15 minute subway ride (one change) which will take you the Acropolis and Parthenon. No one is there this is all done remotely. There is an amusement park area a couple of miles away. While the airport is 15-20 minutes by car, you would have to take the bus (#305) into Athens and then the subway to the airport (altogether about 1.5 hours) If you have a car parking is not an issue
Clear instructions for access and precise coordinates to find property. Excellent communication. Great property in good location close to beach and bars and shops.
2 adults - no children. This was a super last minute (unexpected) reservation on our first night in Greece after missed flights and very late arrival at night. We were very grateful to find this reservation. The only opportunity for improvement was finding the place, which was made extremely more difficult because we arrived at 1030pm at night on a Friday and with the location of this hotel being on a popular beach strip congested with multiple businesses and auto and pedestrian traffic, it was almost impossible to find the hotel. After over an hour of driving, circling, walking, stopping locals, asking adjacent businesses (and yes we speak Greek)... we finally saw a tiny sign (8.5"x11" white sign on a white wall) pointing down a driveway between the pizza place and a taverna toward a small door with a code. Authorized parking locations were also not clear. Loud music played all night and was still going at 7 in the morning. We were only there from midnight to 7am. The communication from the hotel about how to enter after-hours using the gate codes and key lock box code worked perfectly for us. Once in the room it was very nice and had everything we needed to sleep and freshen up. If needed in the future, this place was very nice and would have everything needed if you are looking for a place in a busy area with very close access to the beach.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Our stay at this accommodation was very disappointing overall and fell well short of expectations based on the listing.
Communication prior to arrival was poor. We had to chase for basic check-in information, including access codes and instructions for entering the property. This created unnecessary stress before arrival and made the check-in process feel disorganised rather than welcoming or prepared.
When we arrived, the lockbox provided for the key was not actually secured, even though a PIN had been supplied. This raised immediate concerns about the security of the property and whether proper procedures were being followed.
Once inside, the apartment did not match the photos advertised, particularly the bathroom, which looked very different in reality compared to the listing. This felt misleading and contributed to a lack of trust.
We also noticed exposed wires coming out of the wall and an unusual exit sign above the only door in the apartment. Again adding to the misrepresentation of what we set out.
The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. When we raised this, an alternative network was provided, but this also failed to connect, leaving us without internet access.
Finally, the noise levels were very disruptive. It was a Saturday night, however, we were woken at around 3am by loud music from an individual staying in the same apartment block.
We appreciate this apartment block is new, however get the process and amenities correct before advertising. Unacceptable.
